The product appears to be a good deal. I have ordered two. I received an empty (still sealed) envelope. No units, no documents. Nada. There are other products that are comparable in features and price. Choose one of those. (Interestingly, it's a bit more difficult to get a refund when there's nothing to return. Revain refunded my money, but it was difficult to explain that I had nothing to return.)
