I finally tried them! . took time to figure it out. But once I did that and learned to make the sections smaller and wrap evenly from root to tip, it worked great (with gel). *Important: Don't lose the small red clips. (I took 5 extra pieces). They (surprisingly) smoothed the ends perfectly and were very easy to use. I bought this set to do someone else's hair. I personally wouldn't do this to my hair as my hands most likely wouldn't hold! Once I figured out the right method, it went pretty quickly. The full head of these wands is a bit heavy and awkward to carry, especially for the hours it takes to thoroughly air dry your hair, which is essential for some strong spiral! .I would definitely not recommend sleeping with him - ouch! . it was very easy to remove. and the end results were excellent = even, well defined coils that lasted 2 days (probably lasted longer but I had to shampoo my hair). Just use a good gel, comb through, be even from root to tip and let dry completely, no more separating! . The wands are very durable and easy to clean and store. I highly recommend (especially) if you have someone applying them for you! glad we tried them. Enjoy!
