You don't know the difference between standard spacing and modular spacing.
I ordered a standard brick ruler. It came in a ziplock bag with the correct label on it. But the ruler was modular inside with different numbers on the box. Returned to Kolya. I have ordered a new one. Same result. I'm done. I contacted UStape to explain the problem but they didn't fix anything either.
