Review on Luckyway by Jose Ortega

Due to a recent unpleasant encounter, I will not be recommending Luckyway to anyone in the market for power tools or home improvement materials. Luckyway's items are of low quality, and their support staff is unimpressive. The quality of their goods is usually low to begin with. I was dissatisfied with the power tool I bought from them because it broke after only a few uses. I tried contacting customer service, but the personnel I spoke with were unhelpful and ignored my issues. There are other ways in which their customer service falls short. I contacted them several times since I had a query regarding one of their goods but never heard back from them. It's annoying to feel ignored by a corporation, especially when you're attempting to buy anything from them. They also tend to have greater prices than competing internet merchants. This could be understood if the quality of their goods was high and their customer service was outstanding. In sum, I am unable to endorse Luckyway as a reliable source for power tools and DIY materials. Their exorbitant costs are not reasonable given the low quality of their items and the unsatisfactory service they provide to their customers.
