Seems better than stock blade assembly. The shape and size of the blades creates a deeper vortex that makes processing food easier (I mainly use it for making smoothies with fresh or frozen fruit), reducing the time it takes to chop up solids. Now it only takes a few minutes to make a smoothie with the original blades, while it took 5-6 minutes to make a smoothie with some manual shaking. The plastic base might not be as strong as the original (just a subjective opinion), but it suits the processor very well. I did the first run with just water and noticed a few drips came out, but as soon as the cup was pulled tighter it stopped. The gasket may have had to be tightened a little to seat properly in the groove, but it works great now.
