The idea is great but the execution is not. The setup is based on the mistaken assumption that all you have to do is line up your phone camera and scope or whatever. This is not the case if an adapter is required between the cell phone camera and the scope, telescopic sight or whatever you are using. Space is a concern between the camera and lens, and the horizontal and vertical adjustments are inadequate at best. What can be achieved due to the required distance is a small optical window that offers a small all-round view of about 30% of the mobile phone screen. Any movement of the installation leads to a new setting of the entire instillation process. So the set isn't mobile, so if you just want to use it statically, it might do the trick.
