A must for space lovers

My son got a telescope for Christmas and his friend suggested he buy it too. Don't worry about spending more on other adapters, this one is very well built with precise phone grip and lens grip controls. Both have soft grips and hold securely without wobbling as you move the telescope. Aiming the phone's camera is very easy, and there's enough room to move the mount up or down about a quarter of an inch if that's needed for the width of the image. Don't save money.

The idea is great but the execution is not. The setup is based on the mistaken assumption that all you have to do is line up your phone camera and scope or whatever. This is not the case if an adapter is required between the cell phone camera and the scope, telescopic sight or whatever you are using. Space is a concern between the camera and lens, and the horizontal and vertical adjustments are inadequate at best. What can be achieved due to the required distance is a small optical window that…

Happy with the purchase.

I was initially offered the cheapest model. It was very easy to use and connect to my S21 Ultra phone. The problem was that it holds the phone with a spring and is very tight. Having just received my phone I didn't want to risk breaking the spring and scratching it. The seller was great and let me get the next model with tension adjustment screws. Much better.
