At first I was impressed, now the quality is questionable
I really liked them when I bought them in January. We wash and dry them by hand after each use and store them in protective sleeves. I used my knife sharpener on one of these knives for the first time the other day and after pulling once I noticed several pieces had been ripped from the blade. Not the quality I thought of when I bought it.
