When my husband first applied this to the car it just looked ridiculous like it had come loose in places. Only after rubbing the corners for a few days did he decide to remove it and try again. He grabbed the corner, removed it from the window and saw that the white piece stayed right by the window where it belongs. We kept rubbing the plastic backing!
