I would like to start by saying I should have returned it when I had the opportunity but I missed my return window. Even after the helpful folks at Revain gave me an extension, I completely forgot to send it back. I take full responsibility for my mistake, but that doesn't take away from how poorly designed this bag is. Problem with the inner lining. The material they use is VERY easy to untangle - just one edge is enough to unravel. After a week of using the backpack, the lining behind the inner mesh pocket came loose. The lining doesn't come off easily, it frays, unravels and begins to tear where there are seams. While it's possible I'll get a better constructed one when I trade in, that doesn't change the fact that the fabric of the inner liner is such that ANY damage or stretching of any kind will cause it. to finally turn into scraps of cloth. When I realized I was stuck in the back I figured I'd just cut off the inner lining and leave out the pocket. Too bad but the bag is still cute and oversized with plenty of pockets remaining. I trimmed the lining down to the seam and even tried sealing the edges with a lighter, which seemed to work. However, I noticed that *** there is literally a hole somewhere in every seam ***. With just a few socks, the material that was pulling at the seams began to unravel. I had to tape each seam with tape to extend the life of this bag. I literally haven't worn this backpack more than 6 times without ever breaking it (laptop, water bottle, charging cable, cosmetic bag, notepad - not that many things) so I don't recommend this unless you're comfortable with the pulling out deal with torn handfuls of liners after an errant mechanical pencil accidentally hit a small hole or its thread caught in the zipper and the entire liner unraveled under the zipper when you tried to open the bag.
