As mentioned, handling in transit seems to be the biggest issue. You can break a few pieces or destroy entire panels. My experience was slightly better than some but not perfect. The top piece of wood leading to the roof was cracked but was salvageable so I sealed the crack with clear window silicone. Assembly: Too easy. This thing came in about 6 pieces and it only needed a couple of screws and a couple of bolts which were provided. Modification: I ended up disassembling the front as shown in the picture and removing 4 or 5 slats from each side of the door. I also had to cut the door panel high enough to allow the top of the mower to open the door freely. Also, I took the crossbar that usually comes from below and moved it to the top of the opening for extra support. I didn't use the floor either and just put it aside. It was very easy to change and I highly recommend using it as a mower shed. As a bonus, I bought vinyl protectors and put them on the front of the door to provide a little more weather protection.
