These are not H13 filters, or at least the ones I received weren't. These are real HEPA filters. It's not the same. The only place it says H13 is on the sticker that was added to the top of the box. The original seal on the box is fully covered with True HEPA. H13 is not mentioned. True HEPA is usually in the H10 to H12 range. HEPA H13-H14 are at the highest HEPA level and are classified as medical. While H10-H12 filters only capture 85-99.5% of all 0.1 micron particles, HEPA H13 and H14 capture 99.95% and 99.995% of these particles, respectively. Have them reimbursed.
