The nylon airbag nuts were missing. Unfortunately, this was discovered after the attachments were already fitted. Poor product quality management when parts are missing. I had to install air springs while we were on vacation where our truck is, so I can't return the parts. I thought it would be easy and everything would be fine, but it wasn't there. After the first ride, one of the airbag valves broke due to missing nuts. It's a pity that I can't send the goods back because we're already back in Germany. So it was a waste of money as the product doesn't work as it should. I'm not happy with this because I need to buy a replacement air spring and nuts to get it working properly. I will not order again unless I can rely on all the parts included. Edit: After contacting Airlift, I received a response 2 hours later. very good service! I was promised spare parts and a replacement for the broken airbag. Now I can give three stars because Airlift's customer service is great!
