Review on The Better Skin Co. Lava Magik: Exfoliating Face Cleanser, Scrub, and Mask – French Volcanic Lava, Pore Cleansing, Blackhead Reducing, Skin Tightening Cream (2 oz) by Karen Mogel

I had an earlier batch of these which I received a while back in a great/suitable/fun box. I really liked that this version was thick and rich in texture, it exfoliated really well with just a little swipe. Unfortunately the product I just received through Amazon is not what I originally had. It's a more liquid consistency, almost fluffy, and there's a lot less "sand" in this product. It smells the same, but has a much "oilier" texture, which doesn't work for me. I've used it, so I can't return it. If you liked the thicker/rougher previous version, you won't like the new formula. The label reads/looks exactly the same. Very confused.
