Unfortunately this collar is not worth your time. I bought this to complete a matching set of colorful dog leashes. Together everything looked great and very beautiful on my Doberman. In practical everyday use, however, this notch collar is scrap. The serrated clips fall apart very easily. When running or when your dog scratches, it rolls over with little to no effort, rendering it useless as a corrective. Sometimes it falls apart during use, and if your leash is just attached to it, your dog will run away. If you are looking for a practical and comfortable spiked collar, you won't go wrong with the classic by Herm Sprenger.
