
My schedule is weird. I sleep in the early evening and wake up around 2am. The first hour of my day is backyard exercise/meditation. I hate losing my night vision before going outside to have that wonderful time. So I use them at home until I work out, make coffee, etc. Then my eyes are still in Nighthawk mode when I start my actual work day around 3:30 am. So far they're working great.
