Great solution if you run multiple retail stores, restaurants & travel companies

The customer support team is very responsive when we have any questions or issues related loyalty programs in general! Customer service has been great so far!! We are solving two big challenges which were identified during implementation phase - 1) lack analytics data for marketing campaigns (we used Pardot initially but it was not giving us enough insights). 2nd challenge being retention/upsell opportunities across various channels like website etc., The best thing about this software is that it is very easy to use and has a very good user interface. The only downside is that it is a little expensive. I think that this is a good choice for a company that wants to improve their customer data. It is a great tool for keeping track of the loyalty of customers and analyzing their behavior. I have been using this software for a while now. It has helped me improve my customer data and track their behavior.
