I went too far with the vendor regarding the software on this machine. It had Windows 10 but lacked the standard set of Panasonic Toughbook drivers. They support most of the hardware and design that makes a hard drive heavy. Was directed to the Panasonic website but they don't support this model on Windows 10, EVER. The vendor said they could send a hard drive with a full installation that included even less software. Instead of using the hard drive cage in these units and just swapping out the hard drives, I had to completely disassemble the cage and install the hard drive in the heating element. The vendor didn't understand what I can see when the files were installed and they were over a year old. I will be returning the unit and using an authorized Hardbook retailer instead of Revain and its suppliers in the future.
