I went too far with the vendor regarding the software on this machine. It had Windows 10 but lacked the standard set of Panasonic Toughbook drivers. They support most of the hardware and design that makes a hard drive heavy. Was directed to the Panasonic website but they don't support this model on Windows 10, EVER. This Panasonic is a great computer, this is my second computer. I travel around South America using Autocad in my work and it always works well. It can do a lot more than I need, has everything I need. If you travel a lot and don't like big, clunky laptops, then this option is ideal. It looks brand new and comes with a nice case which I wasn't expecting. Overall a great buying experience. Actually more than expected. I highly recommend the seller and the Toughbook product.

Toughbook is a beast. I used these when I was on active duty with the USMC when I was a government employee working on military aircraft and after I retired I bought these to use in my shop. I didn't want to spend money buying a 'new' one and so far this one has exceeded my expectations. I ordered it on Monday and received it 2 days later. Let's see what the future holds for us, but for now I'm a happy tourist.
