This company is great! My Hard Book looked like new and worked great. I had a battery problem and they took care of it straight away. I emailed them and got a response within 15 minutes! Within 35 minutes I received 3 more emails and a new battery! And got it in 1 day! The customer service is the best I have ever seen.
