As a passenger, I suffered from severe back pain during and after medium to long trips. I took a chance on this product based on the reviews and the price and I love it! I rode this product for 3.7 and even 15 hours as a passenger with absolutely no back pain! We have a Ford Edge and as a driver I don't feel uncomfortable in the driver's seat. For some reason, however, the passenger seat doesn't seem to offer much back support. I tried this product on the driver's side, mind you I don't need it there and it seems too bulky. I would highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from back pain as a passenger on car journeys. This will make your journey more comfortable.
