I bought them for remote work as I was talking on VoIP all day. Had all sorts of wear and tear issues with wired headsets, tried wireless headsets which broke after 6 months of use. A colleague used b350-xt. He started using them on the road in his van when OTR drivers recommended them to him. He mentioned that he had the same issues as me with branded wireless headsets. I tried b350-xt (refurbished) and I liked them. After a few years I sat on it far too often. They still work, but I've upgraded to the original B450-XT (refurbished). The B450-XT worked great but I lost the good ear pads/covers and had to use the foam pads for a couple of years. Then I found replacement pads. After 2 years and 9 months of daily use, I set up a USB charging port. It still works but doesn't always charge unless I set them up properly. Since I work with them 8 hours a day every day, the possibility of them not charging overnight is unacceptable. So I got a B450-XT II (new) with a USB charging port. They're slightly improved over the original, and USB-C is good. I still have the old ones as spares, but when it comes down to it I wouldn't buy anything else. If voice quality and all-day comfort are important to you, this is the right choice.
