This is an interesting gadget and it probably doesn't work the way you think it does, so pay attention to the instructions. Part of the setup is replacing your router's base with the one that comes with this tool. This is not only necessary to secure the router to the tool, but to ensure it is centered. Mix it up and your cuts will be just like that. I was amazed at how quickly and easily I was able to cut the circles. I suggest doing a test run with the router bit up just to make sure you don't hit any obstacles or weird positions. Once you become familiar with the toolpath, it will be much easier for you to perform power routing and wood chewing. Great tool for perfect round cuts. Beats tries to tie a rope to a nail.
