The paint rubs off easily. I just bought this for an old Timex beater so the wear and tear doesn't bother me. A fun quirk, but he uses a magnet to stick to himself. Aside from sticking the magnet to the weirdest things (like my laptop when I'm typing or my fridge when I open it), a magnet can cause the watch to stop if you store it incorrectly. If I stick the magnet to the back of the watch, it freezes. Couldn't figure out why my watch is randomly losing between 3 and 12 hours. It would be nice to randomly waste time three or four days in a row. Finally found out. After I bought a new watch. So now I have a watch and an Invicta Pro Diver by the way.
