Review on 🔒 Black VMP DVR-LB1 DVR Lockbox with Cooling Fan by Todd Calloway

This is a great solid steel safe for any IT equipment or NVR. It is made of heavy duty steel, has a good powerful fan and lock. The box is by no means unfussy, but does its job very well and looks neat and professional. The fan is noisy but blows a lot of air - quite normal for a device box - yes. We use it for each of our small installations, and we can use a 24-port patch panel with a 1U bracket (which we screw into the box ourselves), a low-power 900VA Minuteman battery (which is really running low), and a 16- Channel house NVR and a small router. If you played Lego enough when you were little, you can perfectly arrange all those gadgets in it, and for $100 this box is a bargain - hides all your cords, gadgets, hides clutter and prevents any "clever" from getting into it "People try to "fix" them. something by blocking it. We would also like to buy a small key box ourselves and install it under this box - because the key to this NVR box either gets lost or they just keep it in a lock, which defeats the purpose of this box. The key has a rather low level of secrecy, by the way, and of course this safe is easy to open with a crowbar, so don't expect any magic from it. It's not a safe :)
