I bought these for my Wen 2305 rotary tool (ie cheap "alternative" to Dremel). They come in very handy because I use various small jewelry attachments that are too small for standard Dremel collets. The variety of sizes makes it easy to find one that fits the racquet I use. My only minor complaint is that they are a bit loose in the instrument. Once you've tightened everything they still work fine, but I think the loose fit causes a bit of wobble when using my smallest 1mm jeweler's bit. I don't know if a free seat will happen on a real Dremel as I don't have one to test with. The free oscillation is imperceptible on larger bits, only on tiny bits as it makes a tiny hole and even a small oscillation makes a big difference.
