*Update: BenQ replaced my monitor shortly after this review. First they sent me a new one, and then I sent back the dying monitor. Very easy transaction and great customer service! There have been no problems with the new one in the last 9 months. Updated rating to 4 stars.____________________________________________________ Purchased this monitor about 4 months ago. The most beautiful monitor I've ever had! Use it to edit and produce video and audio. I like all the connectivity and the clarity of the picture. However, about a month ago I noticed green/purple/pink lines crawling across my image. Over the past month, the situation has gradually deteriorated. I can temporarily "fix" this by moving the monitor back and forth. It's like releasing pressure from the rear mount. But it keeps coming back. It's getting harder and harder to fix and will likely become impossible to fix at some point. The monitor is stationary so I don't think it was damaged. It's not a cable issue as it doesn't matter what type of connection I use, it's always there. Disappointed as I really like this monitor. I hope I can find a solution!
