So I have used this product before. I first tried the lemon scent in my tattoo parlor and it's a great product. Use it for my new mouth piercing. I ran out and needed more so I ordered it. I already know the bottle leaked because my first bottle leaked when I put it in the right place so I expected a small leak. But when I opened the box, the bottle was completely covered with liquid, but I shook it off. When I then removed the seal, I found that the lid had unscrewed completely and fell off as soon as I lifted it. Then I saw that the silver seal over the neck of the bottle was also open, as if someone had opened it halfway. Also, the seal was covered in sand for some reason that I know is in the mouthwash now, so I just threw it away. How coarse. Do not ever do that again.
