Customer service is good as is the product.

I originally received a broken half-empty bottle but the support service was good and assured me that it was a defect and would send a replacement product. Haven't received it yet but I'm glad the customer support is good. The product is good too, my 6 month old daughter needed a safe natural paste for her new teeth and she seems to like the product.
