I originally received a broken half-empty bottle but the support service was good and assured me that it was a defect and would send a replacement product. Haven't received it yet but I'm glad the customer support is good. The product is good too, my 6 month old daughter needed a safe natural paste for her new teeth and she seems to like the product.

Good as a training toothpaste to teach young children how to brush their own teeth. You don't have to worry about my kids accidentally swallowing toothpaste, which is a great relief when dealing with preschoolers. The kids seem to love the fruity taste of the watermelon and I'm glad they can start forming healthy habits and I don't have to worry about them swallowing the fluoride.

As an adult I only had mint toothpaste, I wasn't sure about the purchase because of the watermelon taste. But it's a very subtle scent (smells like watermelon but has almost no flavor) and sweet enough to encourage a constant happy indulgence while brushing your teeth. It has an odd texture that can be a little off-putting if you use too much. but a little goes a long way, so you don't have to use a lot.
