Product received earlier than expected and it worked as advertised with no need to search for additional drivers or do complicated settings, really plug- and play . I was able to connect two different models of HP laptops to it, as well as a Dell laptop (without the charging cable, of course) and it worked flawlessly. My setup has two monitors (1 VGA, 1 HDMI for DisplayPort), a gaming keyboard with two USB cables (1 for a hub), and a wired mouse. I also used the audio out and USB transmitter for a separate set of wireless mice and keyboards, and they all reproduce for the three laptops I use. I just wish I knew how to reliably convert a USB-C cable to standard USB so it can connect to older laptops without USB-C ports. The cable adapters I've researched so far don't guarantee that video signals will go through the docking station from the old laptop's USB port to the monitors, but if I later find a way to achieve this, it will definitely exceed my expectations. Very happy with my purchase so far
