Review on Astatic 302-VS6: High-Performance 10W/8Ω Noise Cancelling External CB Speaker by Cody Cobbs

I tried two other speakers in this price range before I found this one. If you spend time listening to the radio without noise cancellation, this speaker handles static well. The sound filter is switched with the button on the side of the speaker. The only negative is that the plastic overlay on the button comes off fairly easily. A drop of glue helps. The sound quality is excellent for the price, you lose some high notes with the filter on but the voice is still easy to understand. Pulling out that weak SSB signal is really easier when the high pass audio filter is turned on. Plastic body of decent quality, metal bracket. Now I have two of them :)
