Definitely the best shoe I've ever owned…. my proof? I spent a summer day at Six-Flags with my son. The maximum temperature reached 102 degrees. But my legs never felt hot or tired. At least until my Fit-Bit hit over 17,000 steps. ADVANTAGES: Soft cushioning soles. Great for hiking. Breathable material to keep your feet warm. For those of us with wide feet, these shoes come in WIDE widths. Bungee-style laces work well around the home or for short trips. CONS: No size 12.5. I have one leg bigger than the other. So size 12 is too small for the right foot and size 13 is too big for the left foot. In the end I decided on the size 13 Wide. And before the Six Flags ride, I decided to cut out the bungee laces and replace them with regular laces. This made the shoe feel a little more comfortable and I wasn't worried about losing it when the coaster went through the loop. Summary: Since I cut the laces bungee style, I plan to buy another pair of these shoes for those casual outings when I can easily slip the shoes on and off.
