I've been using this for about 6 weeks and I'm very surprised. It slims my face and helps with my double chin. I really see a difference in my face when I take it off. I just turn it on when I'm at the computer, cleaning, or reading and forget I even have it. I wear it for an average of 45 minutes every time I use it. Easy to put on, very stretchy and as an added bonus, it keeps my jaw in the right position and keeps my bite in place. Like some other users, I'll try wearing it at night when I'm sleeping to see if it keeps me from grinding my teeth. It's comfortable and stretchy enough to do it. They send you a review gift but I never do until I use the product and it really works for me. It does the trick better than I expected so they deserve a good rating.
