I am 6'3" tall and 225 lbs. I received XXL as recommended. These joggers have good stretch and I probably would have loved them if they hadn't tapered so uncomfortably along the calf (between the knee and the ankle. I can appreciate the tapered cut but that's too much. Also, the leg length is too short and the sagging is uncomfortable. The combination of too tight and too short is too much effort.The recommended size chart is subject to change and/or the inside leg size needs to be announced in advance.Especially if you sell skinny pants,the inseam should be included in the description to give the buyer the information to get a fit that is even close to the fit I want All people are different in body type, some people have longer legs than others I have a sincerely felt that this was not even considered. Which makes me feel like this purchase was a waste of money. I don't know why I bought two pairs. I think I went back to Nike. I'd rather pay more and give up useless clothes just sitting around.
