What an interesting product! I have an average and I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. I didn't even know it could vibrate in 2 different modes and the LEDs on it are cool. I install it on my desk when I work from home. You can also connect it to a USB charger/box if you want to make it portable. As for the cooling. It seems to be doing its job. I haven't had a day when the outside temperature was very hot, but I have a feeling it will work, especially if the device is close to you. The instructions/assembly is simple. The only confusing part was the cotton rolls which you need to replace. The initial setup indicated they should be replaced immediately, but they're already on! You also get 2 free ones that you replace every 3 months.
