Review on Park Tool Professional Truing Rebuild by Nick Santos

It's hard to review this item without mentioning that Green Canyon actually lost the ball when sending it. To get to the point that they never shipped it, I had to order this kit directly from the park. Many readers will find my rating unfair once the entire kit is up and running and I would highly recommend it to anyone rebuilding their old TS-2. This is more to make buyers aware of Green Canyon's poor service. It took them 4 weeks to admit they missed the ball and they wanted me to wait another 2 weeks to see if it showed up. You created a shipping label and then forgot to mail it. Please do not respond to my rating by asking me to change it or give it a higher rating. If you think this is unfair, unfair, or unkind, do yourself a favor and don't ask. The seller is in serious trouble and after a month of waiting I hardly received an apology and was not offered anything. In fact they told me they had to order a part but wouldn't change the weekly turnaround time on other worlds, not even two weeks ahead of how they ship it. Trust me by rating this item low, I hope you get your attention.
