I think for the price compared to high end competitors this is a good ticket. If you're a serious gamer and want insanely clean and crisp edges and lines, you're not going to be so lucky right off the bat. Spend a little more money and get Xebex, which has better screen refresh and resolution. The screens are also 12 inches each, which is a lot smaller than my 16-inch MacBook Pro, but the extra on-screen help is still amazing. Having three screens on the go has been a boon to my design and workflow. BENEFITS: - Easy to use and install - Literally slide the screens apart and clip to the sides of your monitor/screen. Use two cables to connect each screen to its ports and your screens will start up automatically. They allow you to adjust brightness, contrast and all the usual monitor functions on each screen. Each monitor has additional USB-C ports. to help you connect accessories as monitors occupy two ports. CONS: Cables wear out within 1 month. My right screen turns on and off erratically, mostly due to connection issues with cables (not ports) as I've troubleshooted in many ways. I have to keep unplugging and plugging the cable back in for it to connect and stay on for a while. The smallest hit can turn off the right monitor. I believe the system/item I received is defective. The screen brightness doesn't match my 2022 MacBookPro perfectly, but it's similar and close. It can be plus/minus. It bothered me, but I set the backlight to maximum on each screen and it almost blends in with my MacBook's backlight. The cables seem to be too long. Why do you need such a long cable with a screen so close to the laptop? Why not also make a cable to eliminate the need for two cables? The cords should be on a bungee system that can snap back into the unit when lowered and hide the cords when you stow it. her. One of the screens faces outwards when you store it, which is a complete design flaw. This leaves plenty of room for scratches and damage to the screen, even when transported or simply removed from the carrying case over time for use. Put the cables in a soft bag, just in case. - There is NO STEP on the back. If you tilt the screen back too far, the entire laptop and screens will tip over. This is one of the worst qualities. Established brands have a stand to prevent your laptop from flying out from under the teapot from the back of a desk or table and ruining your investments and projects. GENERAL - The efficiency of using two screens on the go is extremely useful. But if your career and use of these screens is extremely important, I'd spend an extra 100-150 and get one of the best brands not sold on Revain. If you're on a tight budget and need something to get you started, I recommend this device. Just buy another carry case and soft case/cable case. *I will be returning mine due to screen and cable issues.
