The ease of use, how user friendly it is to navigate through the platform. It has a great amount of transparency in regards to what you are doing as a patient. Nothing, I like that it was easy to access when I needed it. The only thing I did not like is it took me a few minutes to realize I could get a prescription refilled. Once I realized that I could have saved myself so much time. This application makes it very easy to keep track of my prescriptions. It's a great way to make sure I'm getting the best medications for my treatment plan. With this app, it's easy to know if I am receiving the correct medication, at the right time. I also love that it lets me do an inventory of everything I need to take for each day.
