The ability to create, edit or delete protocols with ease! It also has some great reporting features that are very easy to use as well. I wish it had more integration options between CMM platforms but this was not an issue in our case. We were looking at other solutions such as eTriage which did have better integrations so we decided against them. The customer service is excellent. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. They are able to help with any questions you may have. So far, they have been very helpful and responsive. They have a great support team that is very knowledgeable about the product. I would say that they are great at helping with any questions or concerns that you may have. I have not found any issues with their product. I think that it is a great product and would highly recommend it.

The interface was easy to navigate, there were many options available in terms of PA requests as well. There are other companies that offer this service but I have found them difficult at times with their customer service department not always being helpful or knowledgeable when it comes time to make changes within your account.
