The interface was easy to navigate, there were many options available in terms of PA requests as well. There are other companies that offer this service but I have found them difficult at times with their customer service department not always being helpful or knowledgeable when it comes time to make changes within your account. We do receive calls from our customers who aren't able to access certain medications due to system errors which can be frustrating if you're trying to run an efficient pharmacy operation! It would help tremendously if we received notification emails regarding any issues such as password resets so they don't come into work one day without knowing what's going wrong.
