I relied on non-genuine cartridges. I bought them a few months ago knowing they needed replacing. Eventually the light blue ran out so I tried replacing it. The printer does not recognize the cartridge. The kit comes with an alcohol swab for contacts in case of an "undetected" situation. That does not work. I'll try to substitute another one, but I'm screwed at this stage. I have yet to buy a set of cartridges at OEM prices. As I said, I bet on this product and lost. I would not recommend it. As a result, I went to an office supply store and bought OEM cartridges. Light blue worked straight away. After that I tried Coloretto Magenta and it worked on my printer. I haven't tried the others yet. Coloretto asks to contact them in case of problems. I didn't have the luxury of having to print the next day.
