I bought this product although I was a little hesitant because there were few reviews about it. I am surprised that the product works very well! Don't put it too close to the scalp as it will burn a little. I thought it would have a stronger odor due to the presence of formaldehyde. Otherwise it smells good! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't leave my hair completely straight between washes, but I blow dry it and it irons easily. The conditioner makes my hair very soft. The product lightens the hair color by about 3 tones, which I really like!
