The downward RMA (returns page) states that an RMA 'representative' will call with questions and get answers and to date - now 5-6 days ago from placing the order maybe MORE - there has been no call. Mahogany has 600 grazing lights. the green tree is the same. is the "purple" tree? The box says "purple". The color of the lights is CARDINA RED. MAKE 2 RED TREES. NOT IN OUR PLANS. ONLY for health reasons the husband got 3 garland strings which is ENOUGH as the tree is NOT big enough for 600 bulbs like the other 2 but for MOM the purple WAS a REAL dark purple. the lights are red. and in all these days NO RMA agent has called. AND NO packing list inside with order no. Customer number. NO INFORMATION AT ALL. The same applies to fairy lights. Return or exchange EVER before. And so I hope to get this information back in my email telling me what I need to get #1 Refund #2 Exchange. RED!"
