Review on EfficientApp by Brent Borseth

The best part about this software is its ability of managing multiple accounts in one place without having to login into different tabs for each account which can be very time consuming. The platform was not as intuitive as I would have liked however we were able to train our staff using their training videos and guides provided by the developer. We also had help from an internal consultant who helped us understand how it all worked together. Currently working to connect to a third party service that will assist with collecting payments when they are due but other than that haven't encountered any issues yet so far. It has been helpful in reducing turnaround times between collections agents and clients by providing centralized access to files/documents stored via cloud storage such as Google drive or Drop Box.
