Review on Bialetti Moka Express: Authentic Stovetop Espresso Maker for Italian Coffee - 3 Cup (4.3 Oz - 130 Ml), Silver Aluminium by Quan Ho (Jason) ᠌

A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

A great way to inexpensively get real espresso at home - fragrant, full-bodied, with a long aftertaste. Not every coffee shop will prepare what you can get from this little box. The only thing missing is foam. It is not easy to distinguish the taste from a good coffee machine, it is certainly different, but definitely not worse. If you drink Americano, then you just need to add boiling water and then the difference is not visible at all. It is generally incorrect to compare with a drip coffee maker, probably also with inexpensive coffee machines. Utilitarian thing, i. E. to get a good result, a minimum of money / time / effort. No wonder it has been used for many decades in many countries, by the way, after the purchase, they noticed it in several films, even the Soviet years of the 50-60s. My only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner :)

Pros
  • - Fragrant, rich taste of coffee, no worse than an expensive coffee maker or in a good coffee shop; - Ease of preparation; - There is no need to strictly monitor the immediate moment of brewing, as coffee will not run away with a Turk :) - Takes up little space in the kitchen; - Cools down rather slowly after cooking; - Easy to wash;
Cons
  • - To prepare the next portion, a pause is needed for the coffee maker to cool down (the minus follows from the plus of the slow cooling of the coffee), otherwise it is problematic to disassemble it and pour coffee / pour water; - It is difficult to use detergents and abrasives, otherwise the coffee film that protects coffee from aluminum exposure may be removed
