Good size for bread dough
This bucket is the right size for the no knead bread dough I make. Enough space for the dough to rise. The dimensions are printed on the bucket so I can easily see the expansion and deflation. I drilled a small hole in the lid so I could seal it tight and still allow the fermentation gases to escape without the bucket bursting. It's easy to clean and its round shape makes it easy to blend ingredients, with no corners for flour to get stuck in. Fits in my fridge without taking up too much space. Seems strong enough.
