Customer Service Victoria (avatar) does not answer specific questions about replacement mop heads. advised my question by telling me 2 mops should be enough. I asked why. lame. Otherwise the quality of the parts seems to be good. Used only once. It doesn't heat up as much or build up as much pressure as I would have hoped for a deep clean, but overall I'm happy with this home appliance. Replacing the mop cost a lot of money.
