Installed since November 2020 Cameras keep losing connection, reset and everything works fine for a week or two, but they absolutely lose connection. When connected they report strong wireless signals, the only wireless interference would be my home network which doesn't seem to be the culprit. Very disappointed. I haven't tried calling or emailing, preferring to look for solutions online. What I found doesn't solve the problem. Unusable for the purpose for which it was bought. A remote reset is not possible. And they don't come back. I think a bug with IP between cameras and the base. Maybe this will fix the firmware update but I haven't found it yet. Update: I was under the impression that the problems might be related to the distance to the wireless network, I moved the main unit to our pergola (no walls and closer to the cameras). .But the problem persists: After carefully examining the settings, I found that the head unit has a wireless connection and an ethernet connection. Somehow either set by default, or I; Wireless has been enabled and I'm using Ethernet. I turned off the wifi and had no more problems.
