I have a curved Samsung monitor and I read questions to the seller about what works with it. So the installation was terrible, even worse the instructions weren't even in English. So I put the screws in the back and everything seems fine and I hang the monitor up. Not happy with it but not so dissatisfied that I want to return it. I checked the monitor while it was hanging, the screws went in as far as they could go, there was a small gap but nothing major, it seemed to be holding tight. . Then one day I'm watching TV and I hear a loud crackling sound, the monitor fell off where the bracket connected to the TV and now there's a big black bar on my monitor. My biggest mistake was not returning it when there were no instructions in English.
